Meet Cloverlea's Values Ambassadors

The above Year 6 pupils, Leo, Annabel, Freya and Hania have been selected as our school Values Ambassadors. They will help promote the school values of believing, caring, learning and achieving to all ages.

 

Leo

I love helping and supporting others; as a Values Ambassador I look forward to showing this within my role.

BELIEVING - I always try my best and never give up!

CARING - I love working with Mr McConnell, to support the school. 

LEARNING - I love learning new things, persevering when things are difficult, and I hope I can share this with others.

ACHIEVING - I have achieved my goal of becoming a Value Ambassador and so now I can support others in achieving their goals too.

As a Values Ambassador I would help reflect our school values – I wish to make everyone feel proud to be at Cloverlea!

Hania

As a Values Ambassador, I am looking forward to helping others and I believe that showing Cloverlea values every day is important.

I will use the things I have learnt as a sports leader to help me be a Values Ambassador, such as being supportive and encouraging to others.

I was chosen to be Captain of the Altrincham Dodger’s Under 11’s team at the British Dodgeball Championships and showed the team values throughout the matches.

I am proud to represent Cloverlea as a Values Ambassador and be a good role model, helping staff and students in all years, suggesting ways to improve the school and leading by example.

Freya

As a Values Ambassador, I always try my best to show all of our important values – learning, caring, believing and achieving.

Learning: I love learning in my lessons, or just in general. When someone needs help, I will always be happy to explain things in a way so they can understand.

Believing: I believe in myself and everyone around me and push myself out of my comfort zone. I encourage and support people to also believe in themselves.

Caring: While caring for everyone around me, I also try to be inclusive of everyone. If someone is sad, I will listen and try to help.

Achieving: I will set high goals for myself and work extremely hard to achieve them, whether its school work or sports. I always persevere and keep trying to succeed and support others too.

As a values ambassador, I will show these traits every day and encourage others to.

Annabel

As a Values Ambassador because I think I need to have and to teach all the school values.

Learning: I like to learn, and inspire younger children to learn. I enjoyed being a reading buddy for the Year 1 children and helping them with their reading. I helped develop the skills of some infant children on an obstacle course as a sports leader. They learned how to jump over hurdles and hop in between the ladder.

Believing: I want to encourage children now to believe in themselves and never stop trying new things. I also want to help motivate them to believe so that they can build their confidence to learn new skills. Once they have achieved that, then they can go onto elevate others' confidence to believe too.

Caring: When I was a playground leader in Year 5, I love to put happy smiles on the children’s faces and make sure that they were OK when they got hurt. Teaching them to care for their friends and classmates wasn’t easy, but I didn’t give up on them! I care about all my learning partners and help them when they get stuck.

Achieving: I want to help all the children at Cloverlea Primary School to learn how to develop amazing new skills. Achieving is a hard skill to learn, but I have mastered it in, and out, of school, and I am desperately wanting to help others do so too. Achieving isn’t about wanting to do something then being able to do it straight away! It’s about setting yourself a goal, then making tiny small steps to get closer to reaching it.

As a Values Ambassador, I want to represent the school and make sure that all the children that come here have a smile on their face every day and are happy and ready to learn. I think this is why I should be a Values Ambassador.
